MUDRA COMPASS (M): Briefly describe your nature of work, experience and presence.
Harsh Agarwal (HA): I am working as financial consultants in the field of banking and financial field especially, secured and an unsecured loan. Our clientele base is spread across different cities like Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bikaner and Pali in the state of Rajasthan who is satisfied with our best loan offers with the best competitive interest rates and also favorable terms and conditions.
M: What encouraged you to start your business/profession?
HA: After the completion of my CA, I had a dream to take a job outside India but due to family issues, I could not take on my dream hence, I have decided to stay in my parental city Jodhpur. I have involved myself in my family business of the printing where I have worked for two years. Soon I have realized that people around me are facing struggles in getting loans, and also they are not well versed in dealing with banks. That has encouraged me to start a business in the banking and financial field and thus, M/S Orange Financial Consultants emerged, and today I have many HNI Clients who are happy with our service.
M: Whom do you consider as your inspiration/idol professionally and why?
HA: My inspiration is my father, but unfortunately I could not spend more time with him to learn many good things due to his untimely demise. However, I always follow his principle and move ahead in my life with his blessing.
M: What were the essentials needed to start your business or pursue your profession?
HA: Doing a business especially in the finance field, you need financial education and a sheer cult of hard work. As I was doing very well in my financial consultancy business, but I have found that CIBIL issue and low Credit Score was an issue for some of my clients and In the year of 2019, I have come in contact with Apoorvaa Foundation through a reference and till then I am associated with them for credit rectification work with utmost satisfaction. Beside a financial consultancy, I now do socio-economic work for my clients when their credit issue is rectified, and they become eligible for a loan that uplifts my image in my town as well as it gives me satisfaction towards my profession.
M: How did you identify the opportunity in the market?
HA: When you are ready to work with a zeal and honesty, there is no scarcity of an opportunity in the market. Your hard work and dedication always pay back not just in your professional life but also in your personal life.
M: What makes you unique as an entrepreneur? Anything from your personality that has helped you professionally?
HA: I always believe in a transparency in my profession and no hidden things make me unique as an entrepreneur. This is a factor which helps me to generate a referral business from my existing clients.
M: What has been your learning from entrepreneurship/your profession?
HA: Due to my profession, I come across different minded people on a daily basis and this helps me to understand the behavior pattern of people. Through this I can make business decisions wisely.

HA: I have won many awards from Banks and NBFC for maintaining a good portfolio, the highest business volume and also achieved many foreign trips from banks. Currently, I am serving as a president of the Rotary Club of Jodhpur Blue city Chapter for the current year.
