Akhilesh Kumar (AK): I am in to banking and a finance field for the last 3 years. We are providing the best solution to our clients in their need to financial or banking related matters.
M: What encouraged you to start your business/profession?
AK: I have always been interested to start my own, so I have taken the route of a business, and now I am heading the successful business in the field of banking and finance.
M: Whom do you consider as your inspiration/idol professionally and why?
AK: I am a self-motivated and a self-started person.
M: What type of struggles/problems did you face as an entrepreneur? What has been your learning from them and how did you overcome them? Anything from your personal life that may have impacted you professionally?
AK: There was a phase when everyone has once in their lives lose the inspiration and decided to give up. I am no exception to that negative emotion, I was also one of them who have an idea to quit but my positive thought of how hard I have worked to achieve success and what is meaning of giving up now after achieving so much has boosted me and I have inspired myself again, and I overcome challenges. Besides, this I always handle the situation calmly and that helps me to face a challenging situation in a positive way.
M: What were the essentials needed to start your business or pursue your profession?
AK: One needs an economic and emotional support to start any business and at the same time one needs a mindset to carry out the business which you are truly interested.
M: How did you identify the opportunity in the market?
AK: My communication skill always helps me to take the opportunity to the next level and beside this the way of dealing with the situation helps me to turn the adverse situation in to an opportunity. Even I always keep my self-updated with a current scenario through technology which will help me to generate a new opportunity.
M: What makes you unique as an entrepreneur? Anything from your personality that has helped you professionally?
