Diwali is celebrated in whole India and now in the whole world but for Gujarati people it is New Year beginning from Diwali, so the occasion is a bit special then others however, Diwali celebration in other parts of India has its own significance. The celebration of it is splendid in all means like decoration, colors, lights, and sweets etc. this article will help you with some tips for cleaning, organizing and decorating for Diwali.

Cleaning Tips:

1 Divide the areas of your house

It is hell impossible to clean an entire house in one go or with random planning. So it is very important that you plan before you start cleaning. Planning your cleaning areas in session as per your convenience will help you to keep your other schedule intact, and also it will help you to clean fast without overworking. For instance, you can choose your entire living and dining room to clean in one day, or you can start with 2 bathrooms and 1 store room. It is your choice. The idea here is to schedule to start cleaning in time and completing in time without trouble.

2 Chose less favorite area of your house

This will ensure that you clean your entire house because choosing a less favorite area at last will definitely give you a chance to leave it as it is because you are tireless of cleaning other areas. So choose those areas which can last longer neat-o-clean after cleaning such as bed box, wardrobes etc. When you start with the kitchen choose first the cabinets, chimney, kitchen tiles etc. When you do not like some task, you always try to finish it fast, so this will also help here in cleaning.

3 Diwali cleaning equipment and tools
Before you begin with cleaning, make sure you will have all necessary cleaning equipment and tools ready such as good disinfectant, cloth wipes, scrubs, brushes, brooms, garbage bags, among others.  If you are allergic to dust, keep a mask and scrap handy. Also, you can choose a good vacuum cleaner to make your cleaning task easy and hassle-free.

4 Declutter all the things

One of the important steps is to declutter all the unnecessary items from your house. Remove those items which you have not used for a very long time.  These items have no purpose at your place and this makes your home untidy, so it is better that you donate the clothes which do not fit you, sell the gadgets that don’t function anymore, and dump broken items that have accumulated over the time.

5 Get professional help

When you think that it is hard for you to clean an entire house, and then it is better to consider taking some professional help such as you give your curtain and sofa covers for dry cleaning, hire a maid or now-a-days many companies are providing cleaning services, so you book the appointment for the cleaning. Besides that you can invest in good vacuum cleaners as now-a-days there are many types of vacuum cleaners available in the market which can make your cleaning job easy and fast.

Organizing Tips:

Organizing is essential for easy functionality of your house. As you have cleaned and decluttered your house so naturally the organizing and changing the way of organizing things back then earlier will give you new vibes and when you decorate the place will add some glam in it.

  • Choose new directions for your sofa, corner table or coffee table this Diwali or you can try out some fitted or ready-made sofa covers to give a brand -new look.
  • You can organize the kitchen counter top according to Diwali prep in mind because the snacks and sweets will need their place.
  • Choose some organizer to organize your wardrobes and drawer space, so it will look neat-o-clean and also keep your Diwali clothes handy and provide them with some space in your wardrobes will ensure time saving at that moment.
