To manage this, you can follow good time management, ask your family members to help in task at home, pre-plan your entire day, and keep your own time to work on yourself.

Change you not other

You do not like your annoying co-worker or micromanaging boss, you cannot change their behaviour, but you can change your respond to them. Do not let other’s actions affect you. Do not over think of other people’s view or opinion, and do not involve in conflict, but resolve it.

Reward yourself

Reward yourself, even if the reason is small or big. Celebrate every win by rewarding yourself outside of your job. It can be dinner with friends and family, a movie time, some good pamper through spa every once in awhile.
