5 Key Point to be always positive in all situations

Nothing is permanent but still we try to settle with a situation that creates lots of negativity and stress around us. That is human tendency. We all have seen a current pandemic situation and many of us are still struggling to come out from that negative vibes but here I am sharing some key points which will help you to stay positive and calm in all situations.

1 Accept what is going on

First and foremost rule is to accept the situation as it is because we all know our thinking or may be overthinking cannot change the situation but create negative buzz around us. Just not accept but find some positive in that current ongoing because everything has its own pros and cons and I am sure everyone is related to it.

2 Avoid News and Negativity

How many of us are addicted to watching or reading news? I guess almost all have a tendency to watch all kinds of news every now and then on a daily basis but have thought of it that it is not just creating negativity but even terrifying you. I think spending an hour every day to control which is beyond your reach is like having toxic every day and you miss out an important opportunity. It is more practical to check every few days or so and you have more time to do some important tasks.

3 Have some me hours

In all the hustle and bustle of life and lifestyle today, all we are missing is spending some time with us and that is really injustice to us. Loving ourselves and spending some time with us is essential to keep us going with a positive mindset.  Reserve an hour, especially first hour of morning for yourself where you can explore lots of activity like Exercise, meditation, Journaling, Reading and many more. That positive effect of an hour will be last long for whole day.

4 Surround yourself with positivity

The outcome is always what goes inside. So carefully consider what you let go inside your mind. It does not mean that the internet is unlimited hence you watch all that is irrelevant but be careful while choosing what to watch and what not. Spending hours in a company who lets you do nothing or has a negative mindset is a bigger mistake. So always double check people, situation and place before choosing  whether it has the ability to give you positive vibes or not.

5 Be grateful

When you are grateful for something, even a tiny thing, then you will have more chances to be grateful. Appreciating and being grateful to your surroundings will lead to having a winning and positive mindset. No matter how hard time goes on but a small change to your attitude will have a great impact in a long time.

At first glance all these sound like small and insignificant things to do. Even these small changes are not so difficult to carry out in daily life but yes it may take time to happen but I am sure that will be worth taking. You will notice changes slowly but surely.

Reserve an hour, especially first hour of morning for yourself where you can explore lots of activity like Exercise, meditation, Journaling, Reading and many more.
